We at Habilitation Assistance pride ourselves in providing the best possible services for our customers. Customer and stakeholder satisfaction is our primary goal and an indicator that the agency is performing at its best. We annually survey our customers, families, residential providers, guardians and referral sources and request feedback to improve our services. All surveys are reviewed and discussed with Program Directors. Strategies to accommodate requests are developed as well as systems tweaked or established to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
