Plymouth Access Center
Our Plymouth Access Center offers engaging, spacious group rooms, a fitness center, a full kitchen, and a multi-sensory room where members are encouraged to participate in activities that are meaningful to them. We provide activities with a focus on independence, functional skills and social skills.
Some of our current program offerings include:
Book Club: All are welcome to join in reading a portion of a book, which is followed up with discussion.
Art Group: Various mediums are used, and all forms of expression are shown through artistic means.
Travel Group: Virtual tours around the world, learning about cultures/peoples and their traditions such as foods, leisure activities/ games, and more.
Yoga: Calming music and relaxation techniques are utilized during this group activity that encourages breathing to reduce anxiety and increase flexibility and strength.
Cooking: Our cooking groups practice safety skills, learn about new foods and menu planning, shopping, correct portions and use of kitchen items.
Community: Outings include bowling, shopping, local trainings for our members, visits to libraries and museums, and participating in community events.
Music: Monthly music groups, sing-a-longs, movement and rhythm activities.
Plymouth Access Center is open Monday through Friday during the hours of 9 am and 3 pm.
Our Plymouth Access Center is conveniently located off Route 3, at 436 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Using this location as a base, we are able to service Plymouth area residents with Supported Living, Case Management, Individualized Home Supports, Transportation, Alternative and Day Program Services.
