The E.K. Shriver Center at UMass Chan Medical School, which researches, trains, and provides services and information to help people with developmental disabilities and their families, is working on its goals for the next five years.

To make sure their new goals match the needs of the community, the Shriver Center would like to hear from people with disabilities, family members, caregivers, and professionals in the disability field about what they feel is the most important work the Center needs to do. The Center has created a survey to get this feedback. The survey is anonymous and can be taken in English or Spanish, and also has an Easy Read version.
